Studio Camp Nou

This cosy studio features an intelligent layout that maximises every square centimetre. The open and functional design, with no walls dividing the different rooms, and the neutral and elegant tones that decorate it give a feeling of spaciousness and fluidity to this multifunctional space.

The first space you enter is the kitchen, ready to satisfy all your culinary needs.

The large dining table allows you to enjoy your meals or work comfortably.

The sofa and small coffee table create a perfect corner for relaxing or watching television.

The bedroom, consisting of a comfortable double bed decorated with warm-coloured textiles and a wardrobe, is located in one corner of the studio.

The separate bathroom, decorated with terracotta-coloured tiles, is equipped with a shower.

Although the different spaces share the same environment, each area has its own identity and purpose, allowing for comfortable and efficient living in a compact but well-designed studio.

Shall we go for a walk? You're in an elegant, well-connected neighbourhood and close to places that might interest you, such as Camp Nou, home of FC Barcelona and emblem of the city. Although it's under renovation until summer 2025, when it will be reborn as Spotify Camp Nou, we recommend you visit the museum and experience its immersive tour whether you're a Barça fan or not.

You also have the La Illa shopping centre five minutes' walk from your studio. There you will find, in addition to clothes shops, an entire floor dedicated to typical delicatessen specialities that you can take home to taste, and a variety of restaurants that are very popular with the locals.

In your Studio Camp Nou you will be close to everything you need to experience a unique Barcelona. The Diagonal, the most important avenue in the city, will take you wherever you want to go.

You can also count on the support of the Lodging team, who will be at your disposal 24 hours a day.

TRAVELING BY CAR?
If you’re planning on driving to Barcelona, rest assured we’ll help you park your car safely. We typically recommend booking your parking spot in advance online via Parclick.

In order to protect air quality and public health, traffic in Barcelona has been restricted from 1 January 2020. Therefore, the most polluting vehicles will not be allowed to circulate on working days, Monday to Friday, from 7:00 am to 8:00 pm. Please enter the number plate of your vehicle to find out if it can circulate freely in Barcelonahere.

Vehicles registered outside Spain are not classified according to the environmental criteria of the Spanish Traffic Authority DGT. For this reason, all foreign vehicles must be registered before they can drive in the low emission zones. Applications can be made to include any kind of foreign-registered vehicle in the Register of Authorisations.

Our apartments are equipped with reliable, fiber-optic WI-FI and offer a very comfortable
homeworking set-up – well, as comfortable as working from home can be!

House rules

Welcome to Barcelona! We are delighted to have you with us and hope you have an amazing time at our apartment. To make sure your trip goes smoothly, here are some basic ground rules that we kindly ask you to follow.

Please take the neighbours into consideration

We would appreciate it if you could keep any noise to a minimum after 10pm (so no parties or loud music, please) and to avoid letting doors slam shut or making too much noise when
entering and leaving the building. Your holiday is important to us, but so is the well-being of your neighbours, who still need to go about their everyday lives in peace and tranquility. Any guests who cause a disturbance by hosting a party or such like will be asked to leave the apartment immediately (no refund will be made in such circumstances). Please also be aware that you are not allowed to have more guests staying at the apartment than indicated in your reservation.

Keys and check-out

Please do not leave the keys in the mailbox when vacating the apartment. If you leave earlier than your check-out time, please leave the keys on the table and pull the door shut behind you.
The doors to most of our apartments do not need to be locked when you leave, which makes it very easy for you to lock yourself out. To avoid this, make sure you keep the key with you
whenever you leave the apartment and lock the door yourself.

No smoking!

Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. If you have to smoke, please go outside.

Save energy

We kindly ask you to please turn the lights and air conditioning units OFF whenever you leave the apartment.

One last request

On your last day, please wash the dishes and take out the garbage. Thank you!
