2-room apartment in Miskolc

The accommodation will open in summer 2022 and will be run as a family business. I, Ádám and, and my wife Izabela, drew ideas for running the accommodation from foreign experiences. In terms of quality, we have raised the bar a little higher. The most important thing for us is cleanliness, and we control and monitor this even more. All of the furniture is brand new, and we've tried to buy gadgets that anyone can learn quickly.


The apartment is located in Hejőcsaba, a district of Miskolc, which was once a separate village but is now merged with Miskolc. The best way to discover this is not to drive to the city center but to use public transport instead. Starting from the bus stop located in the immediate vicinity of the property approx. We are in the city center in 20 minutes.


The apartment is on the second floor of a 4-storey building. The east and west facing property is light almost all hours of the day. The east side is shaded by trees so the morning sun is not disturbing and it is also home to many birds where the chirping of birds creates a pleasant woodland atmosphere. Since not only tourists live in this block of flats, there can of course be some residential noise, but don't worry, from 10:00 p.m. there can of course be some residential noise. Noisy activities are forbidden for the residents of the building and also for our guests.


The front door of Izzy Apartments opens with a code, so there is no need to meet us in person. Modern lighting in the apartment, LED lamps ensure sufficient lighting. In addition, an intelligent fire and smoke detector and a powder extinguisher ensure the safety of the guests. The apartment is equipped with laminate parquet and the bathroom has floor tiles. The apartment has central heating from autumn to spring.

The apartment has a floor area of 52 square meters. It has two rooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. Each window has retractable blinds.

The smaller room is 13 square meters, the larger 17 square meters. The number of seats is 4 people. The dimensions of the beds are 160*200 cm. Bed types are queen or pullout sofas. The larger room of the apartment is additionally equipped with air conditioning and a fan. The rooms have large drawers and wardrobes. The rooms are equipped with LED color TVs and 1000 Mb/s wireless internet and almost 120 TV channels provide entertainment. In the Great Room we have also thought of business travelers who have an office corner in the Great Room.

The bathroom has a floor area of 10 square meters and is entered through a sliding glass door, where you first encounter a designer hand basin, and a large LED-lit mirror ensures perfect make-up, there is a quiet water-saving toilet, and a 90* 90 cm deep shower tray and a multifunctional shower panel.

The apartment is equipped with a fully-fledged kitchen with a floor area of 12 square meters. A large bar counter with 4 swivel chairs ensures the comfort of our meal.

But if we don't feel like cooking, we can have a leisurely dinner in the restaurant next door.
