BALCONY: The room is private. 9m2 approx. + balcony 2m2. The room has a 1.40 folding bed, a dresser to store clothes, a desk to study or work. This room has a balcony where you can have tea, coffee, or sunny air.
COZY: The room is private. 6m2 approx. This room is a cozy small room, but a plus is it is quieter of the other ones, because the window sees to an open sunny ´patio´. There is a bunkbed 100x200, a closed, a table.

INCLUDED SERVICES
COMMUNE SERVICES: wi-fi, water, hot water, electricity, air conditioning, laundry (1 weekly).
KITCHEN: The spacious and modern kitchen-dining room is equipped with everything you need to spend your vacation days: air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, induction, Microwave and water heater utensils, sheets, and kitchen towels, dish soap, dishwasher tablets. Every guest has your oven space in the kitchen and in a fringe.
ROOMS: bed linen, towel, comforter, fun, heather.
WC: paper, shower gel-shampoo, hand soap.
CLEANNING SERVICE: The rent price already included the cleaning. To provide a quiet and secure stay for our guests and to relive them from cleaning problems, we ourselves provide quality cleaning in the common areas, in the rooms, and change of bed linen.

OTHER IMMORTAL DETAILS
STAIRS: It is on the 3rd floor of the building. The building has no elevator. You have to climb stairs. Guests will be required to go up and down stairs during their stay.
THERE MAY BE NOISE: It is very quiet place comparing with the rest of the city center. However, guests may experience some noise during their stay. For example, traffic, nearby works or businesses in the area. Due to the central location and proximity to nightlife areas and bars, you may hear the noise of traffic and motorcycles or people returning home at night.
DOOR LOCK: In the apartment there are 4 rooms in total. The room DOES NOT HAVE a lock with key on the bedroom door. The apartment has everything necessary for a comfortable coexistence with the other guests of the apartment. Thanks to the central location of this accommodation, you will have everything at hand.
NOTs: it is not smoking (!! neither in balcony or out windows !!), no drugs, no party apartment. The people normally is digital nomads professionals and Alicante University masters or doctors degree student.

NEIGHBORHOOD
The apartment is in a quiet area in the center of Alicante. Near the Auditorium-Conservatory and the Bullring, a step away from the Central Market, the Rambla and the old town, the beach, and the port. In the surrounding area you will find various shops and services, bars, and restaurants. - WALKING to the center 3-5 minutes and the beach 15 minutes.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:

It would help us all if you take and send photos on the day of your entry and the day of your departure through the Airbnb chat or directly through WHATSAP.

CHECK IN:
From 10am to 1pm, the RESPONSIBLE for CHECK-IN and CLEANING will meet you and GIVE YOU THE KEYS. One set of keys for one reservation.
!! REMINDER:
-If you arrive before 10:00 a.m.: you can enter, leave your bags in the house and leave it so that she can finish her cleaning work.
-If you delay more than half an hour after 1:00 p.m., it is possible that she will go to another property and you will have to wait when she returns.
- If you arrive during the day but outside of check-in hours, you must pay her 15 euros in CASH to the person responsible for check-in and cleaning.
- If you arrive from 10:00 p.m. to 9:00 a.m., the additional payment is 25 euros for this extra management with the payment in CASH to the person responsible for check-in and cleaning.

CHECK OUT:
Until 9:00 a.m.: If you want to take advantage of more hours in Alicante, you can leave your bags until 12:00 p.m. while the apartment is cleaned, OCCASIONALLY you can leave your bags until 8:00 p.m. with a collection from 8:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. (Previously coordinating the schedules with the cleaning person and with the additional payment in CASH of 15 euros.)
!!REMINDER:
You must leave your space undamaged and in good condition, as it was when you entered. Notify 1 hour before leaving the apartment, so we can coordinate the collection of keys.

In the apartment there are 4 rooms. From the property we try to maintain a pleasant and comfortable stay for the guests who share the apartment, the neighbors and the property. How can I cancel my reservation?

How you can cancel a reservation varies depending on what stage the reservation is in.

Is your reservation request still waiting for landlord approval? Then you can simply cancel it directly from your My Housing web app!

However, suppose the owner has already approved your reservation request, and you are no longer interested in it. In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
