The flat has one main bedroom with a double bed, an interior bedroom with a bunk bed with two single beds plus an additional smaller single bed. It is suitable either for a single person, a couple, or a family, accomodating a maximum of 4 people. It has a spacious living room, one bathroom, a kitchen and a small laundry. It is on the ground floor with a private entrance, it has a small beautiful garden in the front yard and a small terrace in the backyard. Located in the neighborhood of S. Victor in the city of Braga, is a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre.
All kinds of essential commercial services, such as restaurants, cafés, grocery stores, pharmacies, supermarkets, banks, etc. are easily accessible on foot.
It is a ten-minute walk from a municipal sports complex, which includes public swimming pools and tennis courts, and a fifteen-minute walk from gyms with all kinds of wellness activities.
It is a twenty-minute walk from the main campus of the University of Minho, and the International Iberian Nanotechnology Laboratory, located in the neighborhood of Gualtar, and a fifteen-minute walk from the rectory of the same university, located in the city Centre.
Located close to the main access roads, and in a city served by excellent highways, it is a 50-minute ride by car, bus or train from the city of Porto.

In that case, you can still cancel the reservation before you sign the lease agreement. Just consider that you should do this only in essential cases. Because when the landlord accepts your reservation, their property is stopped being advertised, and they can lose the chance to rent their property to someone else.

Do you have an approved reservation and also a valid agreement? In order to cancel your reservation, contact Flatio customer support well in advance of your contract beginning (the specific time and amount of refund depends on the type of cancelation policy).
