The building is nestled on Hegedu Street, a serene lane in the heart of the city. Just 100 meters away, you'll find the nearest supermarket (Spar), while local farmer’s markets (Almassy ter, Klauza ter) are only 500 meters away. Craving a specialty coffee? The finest café in the vicinity, Dorado, is also a short 500-meter stroll away. If you need a workspace, Coworking Spaces (Kaptar, Szikra, The Spot) are all within 500 meters.
Most attractions are within walking distance, but you'll also have convenient access to public transportation. Metro Line 1, Tram line 4-6, Troli buses 76 and 78, and Bus 105 are all just 1-5 minutes away on foot. The major hub of Budapest, Deak Ferenc Square, is an easy 8-minute walk. Plus, there's a picturesque walking square nearby, and the lively party district with its ruin bars and restaurants is a manageable 8-10 minute walk away. The apartment features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bathroom with a tub, and a separate toilet. Each room can be closed off for privacy. If needed, bedding for the bedroom (including pillows, blankets, sheets, and covers) is available as an optional free-of-charge amenity. Both the living room and bedroom come equipped with built-in furniture. The kitchen boasts a fridge with a freezer and a stove with a full-size electric oven. Additional kitchen equipment such as pots, plates, cutlery, and more are also optional and provided free of charge. The bathroom houses a dryer-washing machine combo (7/4 kg).
The apartment is equipped with an independent heating system, and newly insulated windows ensure warmth throughout the Hungarian winter. The building features a communal garden, which provides a refreshing and cool atmosphere in the summer. As the apartment is located on the ground floor, you'll have the sensation of your own private garden in the midst of the city.
For those who desire it, extra weekly or biweekly cleaning services can be arranged at an additional cost of 10,000-15,000 HUF per occasion.
