Enjoy the Algarve on the top floor of a well-maintained building with elevator, private balcony (3rd floor) u. large shared terrace (4th floor).

Fiber optic internet with high speed Wi-Fi (100 Mbit/s) is available. With Wi-Fi, TV (program in Portuguese), DVD and HiFi system.

The bedroom with double bed (approx. 1.4m x 2m) is spacious and, like the living/dining room, faces south towards the sun and sea. In the living room there is a sofa bed that can be extended to approx. 1.4m x 2m if necessary.

The large, recently modernized kitchen offers with many new kitchen appliances everything you need for cooking: 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, toaster, large refrigerator (with large ice compartment), Dolce espresso machine Gusto, classic coffee maker, dishwasher, washing machine and much more.

In the comfortable bathroom with natural light with bathtub and bidet, we provide a hairdryer.

Particularly attractive are the morning and evening views, which you can enjoy from the beautiful private balcony (3rd floor) or the common terrace (4th floor).

Perfect infrastructure - everything just around the corner:
Even if you want to go on a car-free vacation, the location offers many possibilities. The nearest rocky beach with an idyllic sandy cove is 3 minutes away. The large bathing beach is just 7 minutes away from the beautiful promenade.

A magazine store with beach/drink items is located directly in the building. Furthermore, two other supermarkets with local and international products, a large organic supermarket and a pharmacy nearby 5 minutes away.

Boredom doesn't become a reality in Praia da Luz due to the perfect mix of old fishing village and city. Many restaurants, cafes, bars, sports bars and nightclubs are within walking distance. Also a bank with ATM is about 100m away. And in case of an emergency, even a home dentist and doctor's office are just around the corner.

The interesting city of Lagos or the fishing village of Burgau can be quickly reached by the bus stop just 150 meters away. Even without a car, our apartment is the perfect place to relax from beach life, water sports, boating, sailing, hiking, jogging, cycling, horseback riding, golf and much more.

By car, scooter or bike, our apartment in Praia da Luz is ideally located for excursions to many other beaches and places of interest. Lagos is just 10 minutes away by car, Burgau is 5 minutes away and Sagres can be reached in 25 minutes. You can park for free very close to the house.
