The Courts of the Plaza de Castilla and the Family Courts are 10 and 5 minutes away on foot, respectively, to the north.
The Hospital City of La Paz is 5 min by car, the Hospisuch Ramón y Cajal is a little later, 10 min. There is direct communication by bus from Bravo Murillo street.
HOW TO MOVE
Communications:- BUS.- More than 10 EMT bus lines pass through Sor Angela de la Cruz, Castellana and Bravo Murillo, connecting with the four cardinal points of the city. Also the night bus, which runs when the metro closes, passes a 5-minute walk from the apartment.
- METRO.- There are 2 Metro stations very close:- Tetuan (Line 1), is the closest and connects with the historic center. Any of the exits will take you directly to Infanta Mercedes 61 which is on the corner with Sor Angela de la Cruz.- Cuzco (Line 10) is a 3-minute walk away, you will walk along Calle Sor Angela de la Cruz.
- EXCHANGER.- The Plaza de Castilla Interchange, which is 7/8 minutes walk from the apartment, connects the intercity bus lines that access Madrid through the Burgos A-1 road and the M-607 Colmenar road, Metro lines 1, 9 and 10 and several EMT bus lines. It also has a rotating public car park with 400 spaces.
- TRAIN.- Chamartín Station is 1.9 km (3 Metro stops) or walking about 20/25 min. It offers both commuter train service to the north of Madrid as well as long distance services. It has a shopping center, gym, restaurants and car rental offices.

- The property is not rented for tourist purposes, as these are temporary rentals. Please note that this property IS NOT A TOURIST APARTMENT.
- Please do not make noise after 10pm.
- In the home it is forbidden to have parties, celebrate events, drink excess alcohol, use drugs, play loud music, throw things out the windows, yell on the stairs or in the hall and any improper behavior that may be annoying. The owner reserves the right to call the police in case of scandal and complaint from neighbors.
- The total or partial sublease of this property is totally prohibited.
- Inside the building and the apartment, filming and audiovisual productions of any kind and dissemination are prohibited without the express written authorization of the owner.
- The guest will be responsible for the electricity consumption through the proportional payment of the bills for the duration of the reservation.
- Do not throw objects, cotton, compresses, wipes, etc. to the toilet. Any traffic jam due to misuse will be paid by the guest.
- For hygiene, take out the garbage every night in a closed bag to the community container, except on Sundays. In addition, there is a garbage room in basement 2 open 24 hours.
- Please use the extractor when cooking and keep the filters clean to avoid bad odors (they can be put in the dishwasher).
- Do not forget to always leave the house with the keys. In the event that locksmith expenses are incurred, they will be borne by the guest.
- If the guest has lost the keys outside the home, or if they were stolen, they will have to pay the locksmith's expense and the replacement of keys.
- Please use the water and light only when you need it. We appreciate you turning everything off before leaving your apartment.
