The flat is in a quiet area , excellent location for public transportation , parcs and grocery store within minutes. The apartment is bright , clean and very well equipped . The landlord Pavla is kind ,always available and very helpful . I highly recommend this place and really enjoyed my stay !

The apartment is beautiful and well organised. As a student living for the first time in Prague, the apartment was very convenient in its location and equipment. The landlord is super helpful and quick with responding. I definitely recommend this apartment and Pavla :)

The apartment is really comfortable and cozy and it is also well equipped. I didn't miss anything here. Communication with Pavla was easy, we agreed on everything and we did not have to solve any problems.

Neighborhood
The neighborhood is great. Surroundings are quiet and there are several parks close by. By public transport, you can get to the city center very quickly.

The flat feels quite spacious given its relatively small actual size, certainly sufficient for a couple. It is also beautifuly done, just as the pictures show, and fully equipped, too. You will find everything you need there. The location is excellent with both public transport and splendid parks nearby.
We were unfortunate in that we had moved in prior to a complete renovation of a flat directly bellow, which caused a lot of noise during the day, but that has been finished recently.
Also, the neighbours upstairs are a bit loud, so if you enjoy reading in silence and going to bed quite early as much as we do, this might be a thing to consider.
Other than that we had a great stay, the owner was always very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The bed is very comfortable and the bedroom temperature is fairly cool, even during hot summers. The kitchen is absolutely top notch so if you are keen on cooking, you will be more than satisfied in that regard.

Pavla is a great Landlord. Helped me whenever needed. The flat is beautiful and the location perfect between airport and city center. Less then 100 meters to the green Metro Line which brings you in 10 minutes to the city center. Kitchen is really nice and there is also a washing machine in the flat which is great.

There is a big supermarket just across the street. Some restaurants as well and also pharmacies. Little park in the back. Nice little forest close by.

Již druhý pobyt v tomto ubytování. Stále perfektní. Vkusně zařízený a plně vybavený byt má prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňskou stěnou, která je moderně zařízena. Bydleli jsme zde s malým dítětem, proto jsme ocenili úložné prostory na chodbě a pohodlnou manželskou postel v ložnici. Vše bylo čisté a jako nové, v bytě se nám moc dobře bydlelo. Nemalou zasluhu na tom má i příjemná a ochotná majitelka. Velkými výhodami bytu se nám zdálo neplacené parkování před domem, možnost využití předzahrádky s trávníkem a hlavně poloha v klidné vilové zástavbě blízko přírody s MHD téměř za rohem. Byt rozhodně doporučujeme, i k delšímu pobytu.

Příjemné bydlení v klidné lokalitě s dostupností do centra městskou hromadnou dopravou. Plně vybavený, čistý, prostorný a útulný byt. Paní Pavla B. je velmi milá a ochotná a komunikace s ní tak byla naprosto bezproblémová. Určitě mohu jen doporučit pronájem tohoto bytu.

Vkusně zařízený a plně vybavený byt má prostorný obývací pokoj s kuchyňskou stěnou, která je moderně zařízena. Pavla Byrne is absolutely exceptional, as landlady and as a person. I've stayed at the apartment at her house for more than 2 months, my first 2 months in Prague and in the Czech Republic. She has helped me literally with everything. There were no issues whatsoever with the apartment itself, which is very stylish, homey and lovely. Pavla has been the one to introduce me to living here, explain things that were new to me, give me good advice. When I've gotten unwell, she had helped me as well with finding the doctor, and she has taken care of me. She kept on encouraging me, coming by for brief chats sometimes. She is a true lady. Staying at Pavla's and her wonderful family's place, felt like home and that was an incomparable experience. I would like to thank Pavla, her husband Garret, as well as their children, from the bottom of my heart for being always there for me and for making me feel like home. I will always recommend their apartment and them as landlords, to anybody who might need a place to stay in Prague for a shorter or longer while. Big thanks to all of you once again!

It was a pleasure to stay in this beautiful apartment for a couple of months. Nice calm area near nature, free parking just outside the house, good wifi, nice TV with Youtube and Netflix built in, walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and public transport. Pavla was a great landlord, always nice and helpful.

A wonderful flat with almost everything provided. If you have any problems, call Pavla and she is always there to fix it. This area is also a safe neighborhood so there’s nothing to worry about with a nice small park. Definitely will book again whenever I’m back in Prague!

Velmi prijemne bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Byt je velmi cisty, velmi vkusne zarizeny vcetne kuchyne a vsech spotrebicu. Ac je bydleni ve vile, velkou vyhodou je samostatny vchod do bytu. Ve dne i v noci je zde naprosty klid. Velmi dobre spojeni na metro cca 5 minut. V blizkem okoli je Albert, Tesco, lekarna, obchody, restaurace u Mateje s vybornymi paninni, cukrarna, vyborna pizzerie se skvelou pizzou a zmrzlinou. Doslova za rohem muzete relaxovat v parku, v lese, nebo v prirodni rezervaci Horni Sarky. Majitelka je velmi vstricna a ochotna. Vrele doporucuji vsem, co hledaji skvele bydleni v klidne casti Prahy. Rada se budu zde vracet. Za mne *****.
