Spacious and clean flat, very well equipped with everything to feel comfy and at home. The kitchen has essentials for proper cooking and daily routine. The rooftop is pretty clutch, especially at sunset, and we never ran into anyone when we went up there. The building is quiet, though the downstairs neighbor is sensitive to noise. The host was slow to reply before we arrived but quick once we got there.
Neighborhood
The street of the flat is busy and the cars go pretty fast. Metro is a 7-10 minute walk, and there are two grocery stores nearby, plus mini markets and pastelarias, but not much in the way of restaurants that we could find. It’s a very local neighborhood - a good option if you're looking for an authentic, non-touristy part of the city.
