Ondřej V.

Dobře vybavený byt v krátké docházkové vzdálenosti od centra města. S majitelem velmi dobrá komunikace. Doporučuji

Very nice and neat apartment, and also close to the city centre. Great place to stay for a longer period of time

Neighborhood
Not the best ambience but very close to all facilities. There are always people on the streets but it’s not noisy. The street is being gentrified, so the atmosphere will improve.

I felt quite at home in this apartment for 5 weeks. It's well located and equipped. The communcation with the owner was good and I was positively surprised by the apartment in general :)

Hello,
I stayed in this apartment for 3 months as part of a university exchange. It’s very well located, fully equipped, and the host is super friendly and always available if needed. I highly recommend it if you’re visiting Brno!

Very good ! The communication with the owner was great !

I stayed 3 months in this apartment and it was perfect. There's everything you need in it with a great style and its also close to the center and shops.

Neighborhood
Neighbors in the building are friendly but around of it they are a little special and sometimes drugged in the evening

Perfektní místo pro krátkodobý pobyt v Brně. S majitelem vše bez problému. Doporučuji

everything you need in a cozy flat

Neighborhood
not the best neighborhood but city center 5 minutes by walking

This is my first time using this platform to find an accommodation. It is for my son Internship in Brno. We are from the United Kingdom.

I am so fortunate that I can find this property; especially the owner was so kind to my son. He provided him a lot of information as it is useful to a person never been to this place. He responded promptly to any communication I sent. He assisted me in sorting out different period of stay for my son.

I would highly recommend if you need an accommodation in Brno, please contact this owner

Lovely accommodation. The flat was equipped and furnished as per the announcement. Walking distance to the city centre and very close to bus and train station.
Ondrej is a nice guy and communication was never a problem.

Vše proběhlo naprosto bez problému. Byt byl čistý a přesně dle popisu. Majitel ještě v teplých dnech přinesl větrák, který skvěle posloužil.

Naprosto úžasné bydlení, o kterém se mi ani nesnilo… Moc děkuji

Neighborhood

Byt je super, skvěle zařízený, čistý,včetně pračky se sušičkou a veškerého vybavení. Možná jen kuchyně by mohla být malinko vybavenější co se týká nádobí, ale celkově naprostá spokojenost.

Very good stay and a nice landlord !

Neighborhood
There is a good neighborhood with a lot of facilities.
