Hi! My name is Miguel, generation X, and I have been managing a couple of properties of mine on AirBnB and other short-term rental platforms. I am very fond of these properties, as they are in the family for a long time and my sister and I use them regularly. We try to make our houses comfortable, with a personal touch and all the amenities to feel at home, instead of an hotel.

I am a passionate traveler and also very fond of my city, Lisbon. This apartment combines both realities, bringing together decorative items that evoque past trips and places I have lived in, and furniture that has been in the family. Together with my wife, an architect, we enjoyed decorating the house and some of the furniture we restored by ourselves. We enjoy the cultural life of Lisbon and the neighborhood offers it aplenty, with Lisbon’s main concert hall and exhibition center right next door. And we love to walk and cycle along the river shore, so close to our place.
