We purchased the apartment in 2018, but had been living there since 2009. From 2020 we've been renting the apartment mostly for 6-12 month time periods and it's always booked out. We loved living in this neighborhood as it's so close to everything. Over the last 5 years we've had several different tenants from all over the world and it's been a real pleasure getting to know the people that have stayed in our apartment. As someone who has travelled and lived in several different countries. I appreciate good communication and I try to be prompt and informative with my responses and share what I know about Berlin.
