We, Dominique and René (retired musicians couple), living on Tenerife and have been renting out this flat since 2015 for holidaymakers on this beautiful island. It's also our home: We are living upstairs on the 1st floor which is separated with the base floor which we rent out. Each floor has its own entrance. Due to Covid, the canary islands lost up to 90% tourist business, therefore we decided to equip the flat for global workers and digital nomads and rent it out on mid-terms since end of 2020. Our past guests from all over Europe appreciated their stay here, with us as their hosts, and did find it quite helpful that they could rely on our tips, help and swift action when ever they needed. We do love guests which respect the place as if it would be their own and keep the place clean and show some kind of common sense community spirit.

We are retired musicians but do still music in our recording studio (outside the house). Also we do some painting, gardening, excursions up in the islands mountains and coastal regions and like good spicy food. We have adopted some years ago a local young dog, we call him Pepito. We found him nearby on the street and became instant friends. He loves people in general and he welcomes all our new guests.
