Listing your property on Flatio is easy! And it all starts with the creation of your property listing.
In an intuitive onboarding process, you enter basic information about yourself and your property. During this process, you also agree to the Terms and conditions and create an account in Flatio's My Rentals web application.
Then you can customize your property listing. We recommend you to specify the right rental prices and availability dates, create good property descriptions, and upload high-quality photos.
Once you sign up for our service, our customer support team will contact you to explain the basic principles of Flatio and answer any questions you may have.
Once you finalize your profile, you'll be able to click “Turn on Advertising” on the property listing page. This will notify us and we'll start reviewing your property listing. We'll check if any information is missing and contact you if necessary to optimize your listing for tenants.
Once that's done, we'll activate your profile and add your property listing to Flatio. Now it's live online! From this point on, you can control which listings are visible to potential tenants by turning them on or off, add additional listings, and receive reservation requests from potential tenants.
We recommend checking your listing regularly to make sure your property listings and availability calendar are up to date. An up-to-date listing with appealing and current photos is the most important factor for a successful rental on Flatio, especially if you have listed more than one property or use other services besides Flatio to rent out a particular rental unit.
