The rental price is final. It includes all the utilities (electricity, heating, gas) and even internet connection.
Flatio offers you only fully furnished accommodations, so you don't have to worry about buying furniture. We try to include as much information as possible in each listing description, from high-quality photos to a detailed description of all the equipment.
Only in rare and very specific cases, we allow the landlords to charge something extra that might significantly increase your expenses if it was included in the price. An example of this is a parking fee, which applies to you only if you want to use the available parking space. However, the landlords must always state this in the property description - if it's not there, you are not obliged to pay anything extra.
