Yes. If the rented accommodation doesn't match the information on Flatio from the time the reservation request was sent to the landlord (upon completion, the current status of the listing is saved in the system database), you can withdraw from the lease agreement until 8 p.m. on the day following the day on which the accommodation was physically handed over.
So, for example, if the handover takes place during Tuesday, you have the right to withdraw from the lease agreement until 8 p.m. on Wednesday due to the fact that the accommodation doesn't correspond to the listing description.
In case of discrepancy with the information provided by the landlord on Flatio, you're entitled to a refund of both the first rent and the service and reservation fees, as the lease agreement is terminated from the start date.
What to do in this case?
If the booked accommodation doesn't match the listing description on Flatio from the moment the booking request was sent to the landlord, immediately notify our Customer Care team by email (support@flatio.com).
Describe exactly where the discrepancy occurred and include evidence (in this case photos of the booked accommodation.) Our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible.
The option to withdraw from the lease agreement is no longer available the moment you confirm the smooth handover of the accommodation or the withdrawal deadline expires (i.e. by 8 p.m. on the day after the handover of the accommodation).
