Is it possible to change the due dates of payments?

The exact payment schedule is calculated according to the dates of your stay (you can read how it's set in this article) and we always share it with you even before you submit your reservation request. The due dates are directly based on the obligations, rights, and guarantees that the lease agreement provides for both contractual parties. That's why the due dates cannot be edited in the lease agreement.

If the set schedule doesn't suit you well, you can contact the landlord and try to agree on a different payment calendar. However, please remember that since this agreement would be purely between the two of you and the due dates wouldn't be changed officially, the landlord would still have the right to terminate your lease if you were 7 days late with the payment according to the due date stated on your lease agreement. For your peace of mind, we therefore recommend that the agreed schedule isn't postponed for more than 6 days.
