Can I set different rental prices based on the number of people in the apartment?

Automatic distinguishing of prices according to the number of guests is unfortunately not possible at the moment.
Therefore, the set prices must always reflect the property's maximum capacity. For example, if you're renting out an apartment for 2 people, the price should count with 2 people being accommodated. (You can find out how to set the prices and what they must always include here.)
However, if you'd like to offer lower prices for cases when fewer guests rent your property, you can state any percentual discounts in the listing description. For example:

Then, whenever you receive a booking for which you'd like to decrease the price accordingly, simply contact our support team and share your request - we will adjust the price list based on your wishes.
