Although these situations happen very rarely, our policies have been drawn up to help our tenants if it ever comes to it.

Therefore, if you find out that the accommodation doesn't match the listing's presentation displayed on Flatio at the time you created a booking request, you can withdraw from the lease agreement according to our General Terms and Conditions. It's important to note that withdrawal is possible until 20:00 on the day after the move-in date stated on the lease agreement.

If you inform Flatio about your request to withdraw from the lease in time and your reasonings are considered valid, we'll send you a full refund of both the first rent and the service fee. On top of this, we will reimburse you for up to 7 days of alternative accommodation.
