What if the accommodation isn't as described on Flatio or something is wrong?
The accommodation isn't as described on Flatio
It may happen that the accommodation doesn't match the listing description on the Flatio portal (i.e. there are fewer beds in the accommodation/room than indicated in the photos, virtual tour, or description).
If there's a discrepancy that makes it difficult or even impossible to stay in the accommodation, you have the right to not take over the accommodation and withdraw from the lease agreement.

The accommodation is very dirty
In general, we recommend that you don't take over such an accommodation and proceed as if the accommodation doesn't correspond to the listing description.
