How do I know if the selected rental accommodation is available?

The easiest way to find available accommodation is to simply enter the dates of your stay into the filter before searching through Flatio listings. Then, you will see only the listings that are set as available in the desired period, and you won't need to double-check the availability manually.
However, if you've skipped this step and now you're unsure about the chosen property's availability, you can also easily check it in the listing details. We show the availability calendar right under the property reviews, and it's also connected to the reservation box. This means that if you're able to select the desired period for the reservation request, the property is set as available for the given dates.
Note: The availability information is based on the last update of the calendar set by the landlord.
