Will there be gaps between leases?
It may happen that there'll be a gap between one tenant's move-out and another tenant's move-in.
If you wish to minimize these situations, we recommend that you set a flexible rental length for the tenants' stays. When there aren't strict limitations in your settings of the minimum/maximum rental length allowed, it increases the chances that your property will have a high occupancy rate throughout the year, as the long- or mid-term bookings can be well complemented by the short-term ones.
