Can I cancel my reservation request?

Of course! Before your lease is valid, you can easily cancel your reservation request via your profile in the My Housing web app.

There are two places from which you can proceed with the cancelation:

• The "Actual reservation" section in the dashboard
• The "Reservations" section in the left menu bar

The next steps are the same for both options:

1. In the chosen section, click the "Detail" button of the reservation request you want to cancel.
2. In the opened details of the reservation request, click the "Cancel reservation" button, which you can find on the right side (under the profile photo of the landlord).
3. Confirm the cancelation.

Please take into account that this action is NOT reversible and the entire reservation request will be canceled together with the draft of the lease agreement that has been created. If you change your mind later, you can easily create a new reservation request again.
